My duties are manage all 200 to 220 permanent and temporary 39th MXS building's maintain, repair and inspection tasks. In cooperation with all occupants of the building, are responsible for the care, management, and protection of assigned real property and are required to safeguard the property from damage or loss. Maintain fire‐safe conditions inside and outside the facility. Maintain a facility folder for a chronological history of the each building. Establish a key control program and procedures for the security of all basic and master keys that service their facility.  Scheduling and organizing all Major and Minor projects about these 200~ buildings with the user and Base Civil Engineering. Loging and maintaining more than 500 fire extinguisher overdue dates and verify locations every month. Performing preventative walkthrough inspections for each building and checking issues about electrical, plumbing, lightning protection system, structural and visually.
